Bedrooms with air conditioning: The properties, at Cliffdwellers, are already pre-installed with ceiling fans, including on the veranda’s. For those of you who would prefer to sleep in the cool, air conditioning has been installed in all of the bedrooms.
Swimming Pools: So much choice! Eight villas share a beautiful free form pool, where others have a mixture of plunge pools, private infinity edge pools, lap pools and even plunge pools within the private courtyards.
Electricity supply: There used to be a saying in Nevis…. ” the electricity supply here is AC….. that is to say Alternating Current. One day on, one day off”. Of course, that’s the charm of Nevis and the island life. For those of us who actually want to watch our favourite team on the TV, we’d like to see all of the match. So Seaside at Cliffdwellers have thoughtfully provided each townhouse with a generator.
Water: Water preservation is important and every townhouse has its own cistern to retain rainwater.
